Background and approach

  • Experience: More than 45 years building and running systems, from early machine code and embedded work to enterprise platforms.
  • RF and electronics: Advanced Amateur Radio Licence holder with practical RF, electronics and hardware experience.
  • Systems thinking: Comfortable moving between circuit boards, Linux systems, software architecture and field constraints.
  • Engineering style: Proven, maintainable designs over fashion-driven stacks, with clear testing and honest documentation.
