Saving lives one drone at a time.

Rescuers in the Queensland and Northern Territory area give their time freely when bush fires rage, floods rise, storms strike or people go missing. They know the country and they answer the call. xSAR works quietly to explore practical help that might stand beside them on the ground. We respect what they do and aim to make their work a little steadier where we can.

How we try to help

Drones give ground teams an extra set of eyes over wide or difficult country. Thermal imaging can detect a heat signature when visibility is poor. This means searchers can spend more time where it matters and less time exposed.

Eyes in the sky

Remotely piloted aircraft can scan large areas quickly and stream live imagery back to mobile command.

Safer for everyone

Operate in conditions where manned aircraft or foot teams would be delayed or at greater risk.

Quiet support

Will at the forefront of technology. We operate with "human in the loop" safety, oversight and control.
